Newly released police video of an incident in March in Rochester, New York, shows officers handcuffing Daniel Prude, putting a spit bag over his head and kneeling on his back before he stopped breathing. Prude, naked in the street, was having a mental health episode when he was restrained. He was taken to the hospital and later declared brain dead shortly after, according to his family.
